Clutch Slave Cylinder

Tore down the clutch slave today.  I have some definite scoring in the
bore. How much honing can be done to remove the scoring?  Looks like a
couple thousandths deep. Anyone with a workshop manual have the specs on
acceptable limits for the bore? (Piston looks like it has a couple plier
marks in it too but were sanded off, problem?)
