Well, I am on this side of the pond, but....
The B series engine has been used in many things including tractors, boats, a
Mercedes Benz van (trust me on this), and in diesel form for stationary
engines and boats.
The diesel, as I recall (long time since I saw one) had many modifications
including bigger head studs etc.
