Your dodgy connections (i.e. the original fault) will continue to
deteriorate until one or more flashers will fail to light at all,
unbeknown to you, since you will still get the merry click and
tell-tales. I do hope you don't get shunted at a corner because someone
else didn't know you were making a turn.
