Drum brakes, right? (I'm not a TD wiz)
Check the shoes & drums for escaping fluid.
Assuming you don't find any, either adjust the left front shoes tighter, or
the right front looser.
I recall from my dim past that balancing the adjustment of front drum brakes
could be very tedius.
