Jumpstarting Positive Ground

Hello,
        I sent this before but didn't see it on the list.  The battery on
the MGA died a few days ago.  I don't have that crankstarter, and I don't
own any other positive ground cars.  Is it possible to jumpstart a pos.
ground car from a neg. ground car?  Is there a special procedure, or
should I just get a couple friends to push start the thing?  This has
been the first strike of the Prince of Darkness for me, so far...
