Word on the street is that Rich Peterson said:

Should be alright, a 5.5" alloy was listed as a competitions part, and
the 72-spoke wire wheels are 14x5.5
I'd recommend 185/70s on them, very close to the original diameter (keep
that speedo/tach accurate) and have the proper ratio.
