1977 MGB Purchase

I've found a '77 MGB for sale for $3,500. The ad says that it has 35k
original miles. From the photo that I saw, the body looks like it is in
excellent condition. If the mileage is verifiable and no other problems
are found, is this a good price for this year? The last MGB I owned was a
1980 LE, which was bought new, so I am not too current with asking prices
for used B's. Any help is greatly appreciated.
