Lug nut tightening

I believe the original post said the lug nuts were tightened when the car
was on the ground.  Maybe it's so obvious it's already being done, but IMHO
only the "final" tightening should be done with the car on the ground.  The
nuts should all be snugged firmly before the car is lowered and then
tightened completely while on the ground.
