wood dash kits, 77B

Quick question.  What adhesive is used to put the wood dash kits on?  I
really want to do this to my car, but am afraid that at some later point in
it's life, I'll want to take it off and the dash will be in not so good
shape.  I guess the question is, "Is the process reversible."  I'm sure it
is, but how hard is it.
