IMGR ... update

Well the International MG Register is starting to see some action now!  We
have 39 records total, and I've cleaned up some bugs with sorting and made
other small improvements.

Still don't have any MGC's though, or for that matter any GTs!

Add your vehicle today!  It won't hurt, I promise ;)
