Lumenition ignition

Have a lucas d43 distributer with a lumenition replacement ignition,
I would like to install in my BGT.There are 3 wires oneRed ,one Black
,one Brown.
I assume the Black is ground and the other two go to the coil,Which goes
to positive and which to negitive, I am thinking red to+ and brown to -.
Does anyone have one in their car they can peek at for me. Carl E.
