I think just about any competent engine rebuilder can build a 1950 cc
engine,,,,,,,,, if you start with good block.  I've even heard of
2000cc.  I believe that because of variances in blocks some cannot be
bored that much.

Doesn't Doug Jackson have info on this on his web site?  You might
