looking to buy in Mississippi area

A friend is looking to buy a B or Midget in the Mississippi area.  It would
be his first.  He's looking to spend around $2000.  I'm not sure about
preference for rubber or chrome (he's only seen maybe one of each).  If
anyone knows of a car in Mississippi, western TN, Arkansas, northern
Louisiana, etc help would be appreciated.  He doesn't have e-mail so you can
