<<I would like to make my point again, now with Neil Cairns to back me up,
what
great cars the late Magnettes are. For those who don't know, Neil is far and
away to most knowledgable person about the last of the Magnettes. If anyone
offers you a late, Farina, Magnette, BUY IT. They are terribly undervalued,
and are really great cars in any form.

They aren't properly MGs, but rather badge engineered Austin Cambridges with
twin carbs, but having said that, an having driven a couple, I agree that they
are well worth saving, and give reasonable performance and room, all things
considered, particularly with slightly updated brakes and engine.
