I bought a car audio magazine and its been driving me crazy since, I'm
considering putting a Modern Radio/Tape/CD player in my midget. Which
means converting to Neg Ground. The tach in my car is a Smith RV1
2401/00, I have a spare tach which is a Smith RV1 2401/00A, I checked in
Horler's Original Sprite and Midget, the tach in my car is correct
however I could not find the RV1 2401/00A listed, for a Midget MK II it
takes a RV1 2401/00B. I was thinking about use the spare Tach instead of
my correct original one, and converting that one to Neg ground. Does
anybody know what a RV1 24001/00A is from and can I use it in my Midget
MK I? I'd just hate to have mine taken apart if I ever decided to go
back to Pos ground, so I'd rather use this spare.
Thanks
