What really bothers me is there are MANY people in the US who do not have to
conform
to the standards. All of the rural areas (that I am aware of) are
uncontrolled. But since I live
it a big city, where it is noticable, it is enforced. Poluting is poluting.
Further while I was living
in Mexico, I was near an area where they used human waste water to grow crops,
and to make bricks.
Further they used tires for fuel to heat there ovens whiched they cooked the
bricks in. I know it has
to start someplace, but how about a little equality??
