Larry,
I recarpeted the interior of my roadster a couple of months ago. It took
almost eight hours for the installation of the carpet and restallation of
the interior panels and seats. (I already had everything removed the
prior weekend when I refinished the floors.) New panels will probably
take longer. My general rule of thumb is to take whatever time it people
say it should take and multiply that by 1.5 or 2. I tend to work slowly
(measure twice and cut once.) and have a skill level on par with yours.
But I'm extremely satisfied with the new carpet. Next season, I'll do the
seats. Good Luck.
