Browsing through the June '98 Classic & Sportscar, and saw these incredibly
inflated prices.
BTW, these are from their website. The 2 MGBs were $1500 cheaper in the
magazine.
"1959 MGA Twin Cam Roadster - Good driver, original, stock $30,000"
"1960 MGA Twin Cam Roadster - Restored frame off, excellent $40,000"
"1966 MGB Roadster - Total professional restoration, leather, interior,
O.D., $28,500"
"1966 MGB Roadster - Completely restored, 4 speed, O.D., Wires, Leather
$29,000"

First off, an MGA Twin Cam driver would probably be $18k tops. And a fully
restored Twin cam might peak at $27.5k. The 2 MGBs, well NO [absolutely NO]
MGB is worth $29k. Both MGBs would probably sell for $13k if the
restoration was that good. (Yes I hear some noise, stock early MGBs full
restored have gone for $15k on the East Coast)
And they can't say it was a typo ;-) Because up the prices of 4 different
cars by 40% is an awful big typo.
