Chris, from memory eight years ago the glass is clamped in a channel the
length of
which run two wheels connected to the regulator assembly. By undoing the bolts
that
hold the regulator to the door you can manipulate the wheels out of the
channel, and by
loosening the glass vertical channels you can manouver the glass out of the
door. It
took me ages to work out how to get the regulator out of the door, as I recall
I folded
it sort of double, got one end out, then the middle, then the other end. The
other
one, and replacing them, was easy after that.
