Don't forget British Wire Wheel in Santa Cruz. The number I have for them WAS 
408-479-4495. Like anywhere else, you may have to verify the area code.

My experience with them was about seven years ago. I sent them my old painted
wires from my daily driver (one at a time) and let them refirbish them. I
bought five chrome wire wheels a couple of years later.
