Navy upholstery looks pretty damn black. That is until you hold
something
really black next to it, then it looks blue. Chances are that on your car
people have "cleaned" it so much over the years that the wearing surfaces,
door rails, seats, have turned black from basically the dirt being laquered
in. Look at the back of your seats, they will look very blue in comparison.
Then get Turtle Wax Upholstery and Vinyl cleaner, and just soak the dark
surfaces. Dirt you didn't know about will drip off. Then soak it again with
the cleaner. Then scrub it with a white nylon plastic potato scrubber. The
black and grey crap coming off will be incredible. Wash it with water and
your black interior will be blue again. Just for the record, you might want
to put some black electrical tape on the seats to make them look more blue...
