Hi All,
I am currently restoring a 58 a Coupe. I am at the point of taking the
body off the frame and disassembling the various assesories under the
bonnet. When I pulled my heater out in the daylight I noticed it is
GREEN. Every heater I've seen on the A is black. Now I'm looking and I
notice there are several items under the bonnet that are a faded olive
green. Is this right? Does anyone know if the coupes had a different
parts color for the heater and brake pedal mts, etc. ? I know that the
roadsters are all black. Anyone else on the list run into this.
The books all say black, but it looks like original paint and is on more
that one item.
