Saturday, TRF had their spring gathering. They don't get mentioned much on
this list, since I am guessing they are known more as a Triumph supplier. But
there was a good turn out of MGs. In fact, I think more mgs than triumphs.
Charles normally runs his events first class and this was no exception.
$10 per English car got you acess to the grounds, flea market, mountain runs,
lunch, dinner and bonfire/music Saturday evening.
At TRF you don't eat on paper plates, but on serving ware from the Coventry
Inn.
The weather was great here is the PA foothills, and a good turn out. This was
my first event since my
car was on the road. As you sit around during the day, there is a wealth of
information shared.
I didn't think I would get too involved in these type of events, but I had a
great time saturday. I brought my wife down for the evening and she was
pointing out all the cars we should get next! That was worth it all alone.
