Hello Tia, If you have a leakin seal. More than likely. The brake shoes are oil soaked. New rear brake shoes are in order. This is a good time to check those rear brake wheel cylinders. If they are orginal..More than likey there are not working on both sides. Check your rear shocks for leaks and also check the rear rubber brake hose. If it is orginal.
