I think that cars that are cut and welded together are most likely labeled
as "R-titles" or reconstructed cars. Normally, this type of work is done if
you have two of the same cars that have been titled as salvage. The body
shop cuts 'em and pastes 'em, gets a title from the state, and calls it a
car...Still not sure of the MG title question though...
