Larry-- Thanks for the reply. Your right about the bore specs in the manual--I should have done the math earlier. If I can locate the right rod/piston combo, I'm set. I believe this is a good machinist but that he doesn't like to deal with ameteur rebuilders. You sort of have to handle him right to get him in a helpful frame of mind. Pain in the a__, but we'll see where it goes. Thanks again. John V. |
