Andrew- Check to see if your float has gas in it. If it does, the float chamber will only partially fill with gas, enough for slow running or idle, but not enough for sustained speed. Jim who solved that problem by installing a V8 with a Carter 4bbl. Note other solutions may be possible, but not recommended. |
