This is a SWAG...which means I"m basically clueless, but it sounds like an
epoxy type thing you're dealing with...solvents won't do it because its a
plastic...so you need to address the physicists and chemists for a real
answer. But you've peeked my interest...
What if we FROZE it? Inquiring minds want to know, as long as you don't get
too technical with us "right-brain" types.
I mean, ice cubes won't cut it, but directional freezing with NO (nitrous
oxide, right?) or some very cold stuff, (dry ice?) might make that hardened
goo brittle enough to crack and separate from the foundation...
Is there such a thing as a "cold torch"? r is that an idea worth some money?
or maybe I should just be quiet?
Molecular structure is a funny thing, I hear, so the opposite of heat and
chemical breakdown (solvent) is making those little suckers so tight that
they fall apart.(?)
