Good advise, may I add: Don't be fooled by a car that *appears* to have no
rust.  Many people have purchased (and paid a premium for) a car that
appears to have no rust.  Bondo is an amazing thing!  If you aren't sure you
can tell if a car is filled with Bondo take someone with you to help, or
bring a car you plan to purchase to a body shop.
