Ok here is a first, when stripping the rear cowling on my 1500 roadster I
discovered two paralel sets of holes along the fender line were the top
fastens down to the bullet snaps, On the first set, the first hole is about
3/4 of an inch from were the piping would run the second is about 11/4 inches
high the third is around two inches. On the second set the first is about
11/2 high the second is about 2 inches high and the third is about 31/2 inches
high. does anyone have any wisdom on which to keep and which to fill, or does
either set work if so the higher set would have a better final look as the low
set would almost be on the piping.
Signed, bewildered in Oregon.
Sean Muldoon, 58 MGA Roadster.
