Exactly, the voltage stabilizer uses the same bimetal and heating wire as the
fuel and temperature gauges. This allows the gauges to quickly come to the
propoer level when first starting the car (the valtage stabilizer stays on
until it gets warmed up and gets hot, so the gauges quickly rise as they warm
up).
