Rover 2000's had a nifty frost warning device you could fit.

But seriously. The press.diff. warning unit will only indicate, after
the brakes have been operated once, following the failure. The loss of
half the brake circuit is pretty obvious when you hit the brakes that
first time. I do not think of the P. diff. valve being an essential
safety item. The problem is that there is no easy way of removing the
valve assembly. I have not yet found a union that will fit the two
front brake lines. A bolt stuck in the valve assy. usually means a
leaking piston assembly which could cause problems. Currently, on my
73B I am looking into replacing the rigid lines from the master out, as
a solution to the problem. Any other suggestions???

Kelvin.
