Agreed, as along as you resist the temptation to push beyond the
std. 1622cc pistons ... to say +.040 1622cc pistons ... ;^)

Oooops ... brain freeze ... I forgot about the rods ... excellent

I did find a source, in the UK, for the cast 1498 flatops, but the
price tag was steep ... as set of custom forged pistons from Venolia
would be far less expensive.

Hmmm ... Venolia lists all the various 'A' engines, including the
'Twinkie', in their catalog along with an extensive list of wrist pins
... so I would think that they should be able to supply them.
