I once had a problem like this, but it wasn't
with a LBC. I stopped at a red light and all
was well. When I pulled away, there was a huge
white cloud. It faded away after a block or
two until the next time I got stopped at a
light. When I pulled away from the light the
same thing happened.
The cloud was steam. I had a cracked head.
I hope you don't have the same problem.
Another similar problem, but not identical, was
when starting the engine cold I got a big blue
cloud--definitely oil--not steam. Warm starts
did not have the problem. That one turned out
to be valve seals. Oil in the overhead ran down
the guides after sitting a long time and when
I started the engine, it burned off the oil.
Neither was good news. Sorry :-(.
