Mark,
If you look in the Moss MGT catalog (#MGT-23) at Part #47 on page 8, you
can see the 'teeth', or 'dogs' on the end of the crankshaft bolt. The end of
your crank should have a captive pin in the hole. That's what engages the
'dog' on the bolt.
