I've got the both rear and the left front fenders my MGA and am concerned about the piping. It seems to me that the seams are great places for water to seep in and cause rust. Is there any way to prevent this? I am thinking about shooting a light coat of clear coat along the seams (I'm using a base coat/clear coat system) and wondered about the collective experience/thoughts of the group on this one. ralph cordell '59 MGA '84 Turbo Regal '87 Grand National '96 Roadmonster |
