That idle reading is a little low but not disasterous.

The usual symptom is a knocking sound on first starting that
goes away as the oil pressure comes up (2-3 seconds).
Worth mentioning that the word "rebuild" is a big scary word
when "new rod bearings" is really all you need and can be done
in a messy afternoon with the engine still in the car.
Having a spare engine is great but it doesn't sound like
you'll need it anytime soon.
