I would go with the semi-gloss. The flat would look dirty from the
get-go, and the gloss black would show any dirt badly. Either of the
two brands would probably do fine.
Have you considered either wrinkle-finish or hammer-tone? The
wrinkle finish looks sharp, doesn't show dirt, and doesn't rely on
the metal being perfectly smooth. Hammer-tone is what you used to
have on school lockers and toolboxes. Smooth, pitted yet shiny, and
VERY durable.
