I also assumed that 10 inch refills would be hard to find, but when I asked at
the local universal auto parts store (Champion Auto, in our neck of the woods)
the guy went over to the display rack and pulled out 10 inchers for about $2 a
pack. Two packs give you a spare blade, too, naturally. Depending upon how the
blade is made, you might prefer this to cutting 20 inchers in half.. Sometimes
the blade will slip off of the arm if it doesn't have the little stop on the
end, which one half of the 20 incher might not have.
You don't ask, you don't get.

If you are replacing the blade inserts only, just buy a set of 20" refills,
and cut them in half. These refills are cheap, and one package gives you
two sets of refills. If you need to replace the entire blade, I think your
stuck.
