Buick engine article

An interesting article appears in the December, 1997, issue of "Street
Rodder" magazine.  Starting on page 62, there is a fairly comprehensive
study of the history, internals, and hop up info for the 215 ci aluminum
V8 engines.  For the list police, these are basically the same as the
Rover 3500 cc engines in the Rovers, MG V8's and stuff.  Nothing
earthshattering but informative and interesting, especially for the V8
