You'll need it. Several years ago I had an engine replaced in a Dodge
Caravan and the dip sh*ts broke the stupid plastic radiator. They refused
to pay. I spoke to a lawyer and was told if I had no proof (photographs
etc) it wasn't leaking, I was SOL. This situation sounds different than
mine so you might be ok. Did they call you prior to doing the extra work?
And no the wheel bearings do not affect the alignment _directly_. Tire
wobble from worn bearings can cause uneven wear and other stuff. This
sounds like you got taken to the bank - as it were.
