Harbor Freight and Paint

Two queries:
1)  Can you tell me (us) more about Harbor Freight...If a mega store rival
of Home Depot...be assured that they have not arrived in Holland Michigan
and accept my apology for asking about what I should already know.

2) Would some of you paint experts talk about HVLP systems vs pressure
systems: advantages/disadvantages; advice for beginners, etc.  

and a comment;
I attended a couple of the vintage car/hotrod shows this summer...boy can
those guys paint cars!
