Microsoft were apparently considering suing Marks & Spencer (quality UK
clothing and
food chain) for infringement of copyright but thought better of it. M&S's sin?
They named a range of ladies underwear 'microsoft'. Microsoft decided the
publicity would be counter-productive and have allowed M&S to use the name as
long as it is in lower-case.
