Not returning your calls is an admission of guilt in my book.  Since he's still 
"thinking" he's secretly hoping that you'll just go away.

No, you're not dreaming.  Tell him, in no uncertain terms, that you have 
requested 
the services of the best lawyer in the triangle.  Tell him that he'll be 
getting some 
"legal paperwork" and some bad press unless something is done RIGHT NOW!!!  
Tack his 
ass to the wall.  There's no excuse for treatment like that.  Oh yeah, one more 
thing...Who is this guy so I stay away from him, and tell my friends to stay 
away 
from him, etc..?
