Bob - The only shots that I have of the car look like a stock B from the
sides - I will try to get or find some better angles. I've also recently
seen an MGA pickup conversion that was crudely done in the late Sixties in
Topanga Canyon, CA (near Malibu). The body and fenders were cut straight
back from the back of the cockpit and went directly through the high point
at the top of the rear fenders. A wooden pickup box, open to the front, was
inserted in the hole. It looks kind of like a stepside pickup. It had a
tailgate (gate hinges, of course) and bed rails made from light marine
parts. The garage-made Cobra style grille is a real heart stopper! See you
