Does it count that I towed my first '77 MGB from Ormond Beach, Florida to 
Latrobe, 
Pennsylvania?  That trip was exactly 1000 miles, right on the nose!  I had fun, 
and 
my wire-wheels that were in contact with the road gave me no problems!  8-)
