What Larry suggests regarding not carrying a spare is feasible and does
leave lots of extra room for gear. However, I would recommend carrying
spare inner tubes and a can of fix-a-flat stuff -- and maybe a patch kit.
Don't forget the tire irons. Just my $.02, YMMV.
