The Senate will pass this bill...the problem is the Governor. Emailbomb the
Gov....whats his URL?? or email address???

Please note the only Assembly appropriations committee member who voted
against this bill....next election those in his district need to make sure he
gets defeated. As far as I know, he is not from the Bay Area.
