California smog exemption, SB42

This received last night after I asked Kopps office if the bill was dead or
alive....looks like today is THE day!!

        Dear Mr. Sanders:
        
                Joint Rule 61 (a)(10) merely sets the last day for 
        committees to hear bills.  This waiver was granted to all bills 
        on the Suspens File so that they may be heard this Wednesday, 
        Sept. 3rd.   Thanks for asking.
