Western New York - Lots of libraries, academic and otherwise. Housing
market is flooded right now, so I may be waiting a year. No problems
with vapor lock around here - I think it hit 90 twice this year, and I
actually can't recall it getting over 85 in August. The LBCs seem to
like hibernating for the winter too.
